Dial-by-Name Directory

This feature allows you to very easily create a dial-by-name directory using the WebLINK web interface. Dial-by-Name allows you to offer your callers access to the party they are trying to reach by pressing the # key and dialing in part of the name of the person or department. Using this feature allows you to avoid having to list numerous extensions for them to choose from and has the added benefit for smaller companies of giving the appearance of larger size. Each dial by name entry can also have multiple entries for common spellings.

Please Note: If you have named your mailboxes already in WebLINK you can use auto-generate to set up your dial by name directory in literally seconds.
