Incoming Rate: All toll free number usage excluding call forwarding or
follow-me-call-transfer. This rate covers listening to
greetings, leaving messages, retrieving messages, message notification, paging, and fax-on-demand.
Forwarded Rate: All calls that are forwarded to you and you speak live with the caller are billed the
Forwarded Rate + Incoming Rate for the "connected" portion of the conversation (in other words, you would be
billed the Incoming Rate while the caller listens to your greeting and the Incoming Rate + Forwarded Rate while
speaking "live" with the caller).
Monthly Cost: This is the amount that would be added to the cost of your system every month to cover
the number of bulk minutes chosen.
Additional Minutes: Each minute over your monthly prepaid minutes is charged at the pay as you go rate.
All prices posted are per minute but are billed in 6 second increments
to help minimize your charges.
